Peak Water'da tek seferde filtrelediğimiz su miktarına bağlı olarak filtreden çıkan suyun toplam sertlik ve toplam alkalinite değerleri birbirinden farklı oluyor. Örneğin 80 ppm alkaliniteye sahip musluk suyumu tavsiye edilen Peak 2.2 ayarda filtreliyorum. 300 gr. su filtrelediğim zaman alkalinite 40 ppm oluyor. 1000 gr. filtrelediğim zamansa 60 ppm alkalinite elde ediyorum. Yani filtrelediğiniz suyun miktarını dikkate almamız gerekiyor. Eğer tek seferde yüksek miktarda su filtreleyeceksek Peak ayarını önerilenden daha yüksek bir kademeye getirmemiz gerekiyor.

Hello Murat,
Thanks for getting in touch.
That's very odd that there is such a difference in hardness between different volumes of water filtered. My advice would be to filter the amount that you need, but if you need a larger volume filtering, I would adjust the dial to close more of the bypass off to bring the hardness down i.e change the setting to a higher number.
Regarding readings, while alkalinity/hardness is predominantly the reading of calcium carbonate and bicarbonate in the water. The total TDS will be reading all other minerals as well, so I would stick to reading the hardness when using your Peak.
I hope that proves helpful for you.
Warm regards,
