V60

V60 is one of pour-over coffee brewing method. It is my favorite brewing method by far.

Is there any method for V60 that lead us to maximize flavor/aroma while keeping the acidity minumum apart from the characteristic of coffee bean itself ? Or should we tend to other pour over equipments such as kalita etc. for that ? thanks in advance.

V60 has lots of types for example ceramic, plastic, copper i guess copper is more expensive than others and more stable
