Merhaba Arkadaşlar,

İçtiğim kahveleri kaydetmek için uzunca bir süredir Microsoft'un OneNote'unu kullanıyordum. Kabaca aşağıdaki gibi bir şey. Lakin kahve sayısı arttıkça bununla uğraşması da gittikçe zorlaşıyor. Bu işi üşendiğimden bayağı bayağı boşladım ama demlediğim kahveleri daha önce nasıl yaptığımı unutmaya başladığım için tekrardan daha pratik bir yöntem ile devam etmek istiyorum.

Bir ara database özelliğinden dolayı notion kullandım fakat hem aylık ücretli hem de data büyüdükçe iyice yavaşlamaya başlaması yüzünden tekrar buna geri döndüm.

Excel' ile götürebilir miyim dedim fakat o da daha fazla iş yükü doğurdu.

Şimdilerde Beanconqueror diye bir uygulama buldum. Tablet versiyonu da var. Home-Barista'da biri düzenli olarak güncelliyor. Fena durmuyor ama ne kadar daha devam eder, yarın hadi biz kapattık gittik dediklerinde ne olur bilemiyorum

Acaia'nın yazılımı bu iş için nasıl? Var mı kullanan. Tartısız de kullanılabilir mi tartı şart mı?

Biliyorum ben tek değilim. Aranızda o güzel kahveleri, o güzel yöntemlerle loglayan arkadaşlar var Siz neler yapıyorsunuz? Belki birbirimize ya da başkalarına ilham vermiş oluruz.

The next version 6.0 aims on getting on contact with roasters to support QR-Codes on the Bean packages, so that the users can scan those packages directly into the App.

So there are many things ongoing inside this app, and now the last thing to prevent "data loss"

You can always go into settings inside the app and export your data via a JSON-File, and upcoming in Version 5.4 there will be also the possibility to download an Excel-File to work further more.

Roasting section:
Manage all of your green beans and roasters (can be activated in the settings menu)
Save all of your green beans and transfer them into roasted onces
Add your roaster and connect them with your different kind of roasted beans

iOS - iCloud:
The first step into iCloud support was made. At the very first start all of your existing app data will be moved into the support iCloud directory.
You have to activate this option in the iCloud Settings first in order to save Beanconqueror on iCloud

Android/iOS - Automated file-export:
Automated Beanconqueror.json-File is saved for a maximum of 7 days, after that they will be automated deleted again
Android: Download/Beanconqueror_export/Beanconqueror_automatic_export_DAY.json
iOS: Files/Download/Beanconqueror_export/Beanconqueror_automatic_export_FILE.json

Settings:
Excel - Export all of your data to excel to work with it even further
Define your own image quality between 50% to 100% (default 100%)
Brew rating - Define how much stars/points you'd like to set for each brew. Minimum 5, maximum 100

New tracking:
We've changed to our open source service Matomo, which will be hosted on our own server
Removed Google Analytics / Firebase

Bug fixes:
Apple Healthkit - Settings were not saved
Sometimes brew rating stars weren't filled (Brew add/edit)
Edit via long tap, screen wasn't scrollable
Import of bigger files on iOS led to misconduct
Delete procedure of beans / preparations or mills were not consistent and lead to graphical issues
Wrong calculation of beverage quantity in statistics and list views

bi firkir vernesi açısından, ben Google E-Tablolar kullanıyorum.
kendi karar verdiğim detayları ekley .ıkarta bir liste oluşturdum, sonra bunları excel'e döktüm.
Sonrasında kopyala yapıştırla çokça dosyayı sayfanın aşağısına doğru çokladım. bunu yapmadan önce de hücrelerini renklendirdim ki, dosyayı açtığımda doldurmadıklarımla doldurduklarımı ayıtr edebileyim.
Sonrasında bilgisayardan ya da demlerken anlık olarak telefondan kayıtlarımı tutmaya başladım.

Excel içerisinde arama da aktif olduğundan bölge, çekirdek tipi, kavurucu, demleme yöntemi... ne aratırsam kolayca ulaşıyorum.

Hi Lars,

Tha app is amazing! Thank you for the improvements. I'd like to give an advice for the future. A cross-platform app - it would be great to be able to access a user account from both web and the app, like Google Sheets. Because, it sometimes might be inconvenient to add new entries on mobile.

Nice one! Ratio calculator is really what I needed!
Besides that I am far too lazy to type so QR code is great. Though I can't stop thinking about how do you parse the page and see which info to extract when I scan a local roastery code.
How do you handle that ?
Just asking btw, I might try as well

Edit: Just tested out of curiosity, throwing error "wrong qr format" so it seems my suspicions was right. You might have a set of web pages added on backside to be parsed I assume?
Considering how lazy I am, I am not starting to log anytime soon.

Your application is very nice, I was already using it, but I noticed something. After the update, my data was deleted (coffees, grinders, etc.), maybe a cloud system or a system that automatically saves instead of exporting manually.

Hello together,
for all people suffering on data loss, and didn't had any automatic backup.
I could retrieve a way which is a bit "hacky" and you need some sort of technical knowledge, but its possible to over install an older version from Github where the app can access the old database.

Important thing: You never delete the Beanconqueror app!

Thats a big point on the list, actually as I'm developing this on myself and on my spare time besides my main job.
I actually don't have the needed time for this.

QR-Codes are created on a backend from the roaster directly.
I don't parse any webpages.
In the next weeks I'll start adding the roasteries which are participating
